Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times

• International (if available): 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Omnnia Collections is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
